the desperate need of facebook friends...i guess thats what we can call it.

the disease we know as facebook, is actually a useful tool at times. hell i love that website, it helps me organize parties that most people don't come to or don't bother giving an rsvp...(sont get me started on the people who write maybe attending or dont answer at all, thats a blog for another day) so back to what pisses me off about facebook. its the people i like to call friend collectors (maybe that should have been the title of this post). anyway we all know these people, or do we? they add us as friends but we dont actually know who they are. and then most time i get an add like that i send a message saying "hello who is this?" and i dont get a response back..well the solution there is DELETE...its a solution to a lot of people on facebook. person adds me that only went to high school with me and didnt talk to me then..DELETE. people who think that i am their friend but when we see each other in public do not aknowledge that we know each other DELETE. i honestly go through my list about once a week and delete people who dont belong there anymore. i once had this girl add me like 5 times but i would see her everyday at school in class and she would even speak to me...whats up with that? are you that desperate to make people know that i am your friend. i know i write this bitchin blog but im not all that cool. whats the point of having 1005 friends? do you actually know these people? do you talk to them? if you pass them on the street would you even say hi to them? if you answered no to these questions and you have people on your list that this applies to then you are a friend collector. but nevermind the people who add the random people then dont explain who they are, what about the ones that get added then dont delete these randoms...are you that lazy or are you still hoping that one day you may know them and they will talk to you. these people i find are worse. or maybe its all a competition of who can have the most friends. im sorry but people on facebook that you do not talk to are not your friends. as much as you may want them to be cause maybe its a hot girl or guy that randomly added you by mistake. i can go on and on about this for a long time but you know what im getting sick of it. dont be one of these people, delete people you dont know and then maybe facebook stalking can also get cut back...and ya im coming after you guys next you facebook stalkers. peace
